"Had to wait way too long for help"
I was frustrated with how long it took customer service to get back to me. When they finally replied, they didn’t really answer what I was asking, so I ended up having to explain the same problem again. The order turned out fine in the end, but dealing with support made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Sizing was all over the place"
I ordered my usual size from shop-melon.com it fit nothing like I expected. The top was really tight around the shoulders, but then the bottoms were weirdly loose, which just made the whole thing feel off. I kept checking the size chart thinking maybe I missed something, but no, it didn’t really help. I don’t know, maybe the cut is just strange or maybe their sizing runs totally different, but it was frustrating. Now I’m not even sure I want to bother trying another size.

"Pretty average for the price"
I ordered from shop-melon.com it was just okay. The item wasn’t awful or anything, but to me it felt a bit cheaper than what the price suggested. Shipping went smoothly, so no complaints there, but I was expecting the quality to be better. Personally, I probably wouldn’t order again unless there was a decent sale.

"Got the wrong order"

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The box showed up dented, which had me a little worried, well, not worried exactly, but I wasn’t thrilled. Thankfully, everything inside was totally fine.

"I felt trapped waiting for this order..."
I felt trapped waiting for this order because nobody would reply to my messages, and the tracking didn’t help at all. It barely updated, so I had no idea where things stood or what to expect. Really frustrating experience.

"Not very comfy"

"Delivery was unreliable"
I ordered from Melon and the delivery ended up coming later than expected, with barely any updates along the way. The items were fine once they arrived, but having to wait around without knowing what was going on was frustrating. I’m not sure I’d order from them again

I tried to exchange a top for a different size, and it ended up being way more complicated than I expected. The return instructions were kinda unclear, so I had to keep reaching out just to figure out what to do next.

By the time I finally got a reply, it felt like I was just going in circles. it wasn’t worth the stress for me, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from shop-melon.com again

"Discount was fine, I guess"
I used a promo code and it went through without any issues, so I can’t really complain. I was just hoping the savings would be a bit better. It helped a little, but it wasn’t anything too exciting.

I ended up waiting way too long for my refund, and it got frustrating. I reached out to support hoping they’d give me some kind of update or explanation, but the replies didn’t really tell me anything useful. It felt like I was just stuck waiting with no clear idea of what was going on.

"Pretty frustrating to use"
I was trying to browse the site the other night after dinner, and it just got annoying fast. The pages took a while to load, the menus felt kind of all over the place, and when I got to checkout it kept jumping around like it wasn’t sure what it was doing. I’m not super picky about websites, but this one was confusing enough that I just gave up and left
